First week of intense work in which new materials have been discussed in class. Yesterday I had to take a break for some hours. Three subjects, one new, require a lot of energy, especially at the beinning. I decided to design a personal composition: a poem in which I expressed some associative ideas with respect to the wok an significance of Ezra Pound. Yesterday, following a subconscious drive I felt the need to read some of is poems and about his life. To what an extent was Pound a convinced Fascist and anti-Semite to what an extent was he insane? One thing is clear he was a very good -philological- poet. I have used an adjective -philological- that I will need to precise and justify one of these days when I find some free time in my imitation brick ivory tower. Too deep a concern. I should think of something lighter, for instance the felicity conditions of Speech Acts (joke). I have also composed a new Blue Cheese strip. My homework is over for the week then.
I've decided to upload a short video on red robins I found in the web. I think that it is a way of describing what an ivory tower may be in the good days.
