I use some breakfast time this stormy Sunday to refresh and apply something I learned in the web 2.0 course I did last year. The slideshare viewer is much more functional to upload texts in the blogger, and I can share the document with the groupof colleagues Pedro organized.
I will repeat now one of my strongest convictions here. Learning about software, sites and resources is something fast and entertaining either if you have good teachers and/or if you have the knack for self study. However, to acquire a working familiarity with all this knowledge, that is, how to apply and relate different resources takes time and initiative. If I were now a student in a course on the web 2.0 I could present now another evidence of my work. I've exploited an inititiative that was latent, but not explored in the course, due to time reasons, of course. This is very important in the present debate about the new university degrees, about the organization of the courses, about the responsibility of teachers and students.... This is our responsibility in the present economic and social situation.
